# SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at GadgetVibe! We want to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
### 1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays).
 * You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
 * A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.
 * During high-volume sales events or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended by an additional 1-2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.
### 2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

### 3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select global destinations. Shipping rates and regional delivery windows are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight and destination country.
 * **Estimated International Delivery:** 10–21 business days (depending on location and local customs clearance).
 * **Customs, Duties, and Taxes:** GadgetVibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
### 4. ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes free shipment tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
### 5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us **immediately** at our support email. We will do our best to update the address before the order enters processing, but we cannot guarantee modifications or cancel orders once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. GadgetVibe is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
### 6. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
 * **Damaged Items:** If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos of the damage, and contact our customer support team within **7 days** of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
 * **Lost or Stolen Packages:** GadgetVibe is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, look around your delivery area, and contact your local carrier office to file an investigation.
